Estate Pick-Up
Because families ofter live out of town, or simply do not have the time that is needed to adequately assess and distribute the contents of a loved one%u2019s estate after he or she passes away, Goodwill offers estate pick-up services for items such as furniture, textiles, and house wares. These items would then be sold in any of our five retail locations, with the proceeds supporting Goodwill%u2019s employment-training programs.
Cleaning and Sale Preparation
In addition to collecting items from the residence, Goodwill can also offer to clean and prepare the residence for sale or rental. This includes trash disposal and cleaning of the interior of the home.
Benefits & Fees
Fees are based upon the amount of time required to complete the requested services. At your request, Goodwill can also provide a valuation of items in the home based upon our retail pricing guidelines.
